By accessing this website, purchasing a product, registering for a workshop, completing an assessment, or participating in a coaching offering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase Shamaree LAB™ offerings.

What Shamaree LAB™ Provides

Shamaree LAB™ provides educational content, workbooks, workshops, assessments, and coaching experiences focused on intimacy, relationships, sexuality, communication, self-understanding, and personal growth.

Shamaree LAB™ is an education and coaching brand. It does not provide psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, diagnosis, or clinical services.

Participation in Shamaree LAB™ offerings does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, healthcare provider-patient, or other clinical relationship.

If you are seeking psychotherapy services in Connecticut, those services are provided separately through [Re]Defining Relationships Therapy, PLLC, a distinct clinical practice with separate policies, documentation, and professional obligations.

Educational Disclaimer

The information provided through Shamaree LAB™, including website content, assessments, workbooks, workshops, and coaching conversations, is intended for educational purposes only.

Shamaree LAB™ does not guarantee specific relationship, emotional, sexual, personal, or life outcomes. Your results depend on many factors, including your circumstances, participation, choices, and application of the information provided.

You are responsible for determining whether any educational resource, exercise, or suggestion is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Eligibility

Shamaree LAB™ offerings are intended for adults age 18 and older.

By using this website or purchasing Shamaree LAB™ offerings, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Workshops, coaching offerings, and other scheduled experiences require advance payment through the designated scheduling and payment platforms.

Scheduled Shamaree LAB™ sessions and offerings follow the cancellation policy below:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable and may not be transferred to another session.
• Missed sessions or no-shows are considered forfeited and are non-refundable.

Digital products and downloadable materials may have separate refund policies disclosed at the time of purchase.

Workbooks purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon's terms, policies, and customer service procedures. Shamaree LAB™ does not process or store payment information for purchases completed through Amazon.

Coaching and Workshop Participation

Shamaree LAB™ offerings are collaborative educational experiences. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and participation.

Some workshops may include opportunities for personal reflection, discussion, or voluntary sharing. Sharing personal information is always optional.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of other participants and not share another participant's contributions outside the workshop. However, Shamaree LAB™ cannot guarantee confidentiality among participants.

Shamaree LAB™ reserves the right to remove participants from workshops or offerings if behavior is disruptive, harmful, disrespectful, or violates these Terms.

Confidentiality and Privacy During Coaching

Shamaree LAB™ values privacy and discretion. However, coaching and educational services do not have the same legal confidentiality protections as psychotherapy.

Please do not share information that you would only disclose within a legally protected therapeutic relationship.

Information submitted through Shamaree LAB™ services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

All content, materials, and frameworks created, provided, or distributed by Shamaree LAB™, including but not limited to:

• educational materials
• workshop materials
• graphics
• videos
• exercises
• workbooks

are the intellectual property of Shamaree LAB™ unless otherwise stated.

You may use purchased materials for your personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, teach, license, or use Shamaree LAB™ materials commercially without prior written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• use this website for unlawful purposes
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems
• reproduce website content without permission
• interfere with website functionality

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shamaree LAB™ is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from your use of this website, educational materials, products, workshops, assessments, or coaching offerings.
